received, an additional time of approximately 21 business days after

It has come to our attention that there are additional 51 emails
consisting of 236 pages that may be responsive to your item 3 from or to
the law firm of Cleary Giacobbe Alfieri Jacobs LLC to employees of the
Township of Livingston in the Planning, Engineering and Tax Assessor's
office.  These emails are unrelated to  Mr. Giacobbe's proposal to the
Township for Livingston Special Counsel but are currently being reviewed
by Cleary Giacobbe Alfieri Jacobs LLC for any OPRA redactions or other
privilege exemptions.  Please advise if you would like us to continue with
our processing of those emails, which is estimated to take approximately 1
hour of my  time to redact, print, scan and provide those records to you
electronically.   The cost of printing those 236 pages at $.05 per page is
$11.80, plus the cost of printing the pages that will be redacted will be
charged to you. You will be advised of those charges once you advise that
you want us to proceed and the records are redacted.

As to item 4.,  there were 40 emails identified in the 25
township employees email accounts consisting of 293 pages that had an
email address of "[1]postpolak.com" in them.  Often the same email was
received by multiple township employees. Those emails have been extracted,
printed, reviewed for redactions, redacted and, duplicates removed, the
redacted records printed and scanned in order to provide them to you
electronically.  Any emails that were not directly to or from
Postpolak.com to the Township have been removed.  For instance, emails
from the NJcourts to the Township that were also sent to PostPolak are not
responsive to your request and are not being provided to you.  There are 4
emails consisting of 22 letter-size pages responsive to your request.  

Even though these records will be emailed to you, there is still a cost
incurred for providing the redacted records to you for item 4. The cost
for printing the 293 pages of unredacted emails and 22 pages of redacted
emails at $05 per page is $15.75.  Please note, we are not charging you
this time, for the special service charge as we did not provide an
estimate of those costs for the extraordinary amount of time it has taken
prior to performing the work to access, print, review, and redact these
records.   Please make payment to the Township of Livingston in the amount
of $15.75 by cash, check or money order to the Township of Livingston, to
the Township Clerk's Department, 357 S Livingston Ave, Livingston, NJ
07039.  Upon receipt of your payment, the Township Clerk's office will

It has come to our attention that there are additional 51 emails
consisting of 236 pages that may be responsive to your item 3 from or to
the law firm of Cleary Giacobbe Alfieri Jacobs LLC to employees of the
Township of Livingston in the Planning, Engineering and Tax Assessor's
office.  These emails are unrelated to  Mr. Giacobbe's proposal to the
Township for Livingston Special Counsel but are currently being reviewed
by Cleary Giacobbe Alfieri Jacobs LLC for any OPRA redactions or other
privilege exemptions.  Please advise if you would like us to continue with
