Records requested:

Any and all records, electronic or in print form, of any and all communications during the timeframe of January 1, 2022 and August 1, 2023, between South Plainfield Councilman and Hazlet Business Administrator Robert Bengivenga and Phillipsburg Town Mayor Todd Tersigni discussing gifts in the form of Philadelphia Phillies tickets from Remington and Vernick.

These communications can be on any electronic device using their personal and professional email addresses.

The tickets in question are those that Robert Bengivenga disclosed Mr. Tersigni received from Remington and Vernick.
