Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Records requested:

Pursuant to OPRA, I request all electronic, written, and recorded communications between
Hillside Board of Education member Pinchas (Pinkus) Shapiro and Brown & Brown Insurance
from October 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025.

This request includes, but is not limited to, emails, text messages, letters, attachments,
and memoranda, whether maintained on District systems or otherwise in the possession,
custody, or control of the Hillside School District.
