This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1. Communications to include all emails, attachments, and text messages between all town council, manager and Mayor with any and all representatives of Community Options from 10/1/2019 through 4/30/2020.
2. Settlememt agreement with Fair Share Housing that compelled the hiring of Community Options.
3. All zoning permits regarding 137 Ramblewood Road. All complaints regarding same property as well as all communications to and from any zoning officer, Council person, mayor or town manager regarding the same property.

In addition, please be advised that the Township received notice that Community Options will no longer be pursuing acquisition of 144 Forest Road. In light of same, please advise whether you require the Township to continue with the fulfillment of the balance of your request.
