Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq.), I am requesting a copy of a message sent to Board Member Deb Wright by either Board President Frank Capone or Vice President Jacqueline Tobacco, which she publicly described during the April 8, 2025 Special Voting Meeting as "summoned in cryptic message to go to city hall on Thursday morning."

To clarify the scope of this request:

I am only requesting the original message(s) sent by either Frank Capone or Jacqueline Tobacco to Deb Wright.
The message would have been sent on April 2 or April 3, 2025, and pertains to a press conference that took place the morning of April 3 involving the Mayor’s Office and the Board of Education.

To the extent this record exists in electronic form (e.g., text message, email, Teams message), I request it be provided in its original or native format, such as a PDF, screenshot, or email export.

If any part of this request is denied or redacted, please provide the specific legal basis under OPRA for doing so. If the record does not exist, I request confirmation in writing.
