All and any communication(s) (i: emails, letters, memorandums, etc) received by or in the possession of the City of Rahway, its Construction Department and/or its officials/employees from the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection or any other state agency in reference to permits issued to and/or advising to suspend the issuance of, refuse, not accept and/or deny any sort of construction permits from Sam Bonaccorso and Sons LLC, Salvatore Bonaccorso and/or Christian Cueto.

This OPRA request has been received on Wednesday, September 21, 2022. It
will be reviewed and processed. A response will be sent within seven (7)
business days after the City's custodian of records receives the request.
Please note that a proper OPRA request must identify with reasonable
clarity the records desired. OPRA submissions which request all of an
agency's documents, seek information (and not records), or ask questions
are not proper requests. See Bent v. Stafford Police Department, 381 N.J.
Super. 30, 37 (App. Div. 2005). In addition, record custodians are not
required to conduct research or create new records in response to an OPRA
request. You will be notified if your OPRA request requires clarification
