Committee of the Whole Correspondence
Dear Edison Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
-All communication between the Committee of the Whole and Postal Inspection Office
-All communication between the Committee of the Whole and the State of NJ Attorney General’s Office
-All communication between the Committee of the Whole and the Prosecutor’s Office
-The letter that Councilman Ajay Patil sent to the Committee of the Whole regarding his statements
In lieu of tonight’s meeting that provided no information, I am requesting the above documents dated from Nov. 1, 2020 to today, Jan. 20, 2021.

The OPRA request was due 2/1/21.
Due to the inclement weather the Township was closed on Monday (2/1) & Tuesday (2/2).
At this time the Township requires a 2 week extension.
If the documents are available sooner I will forward them.
