2. List of all new Commercial Crab Pot licenses issued since 2005 including the name of the license holder and the date that the license holder had been added to the Commercial Crab Pot License waiting list.

Attached are the responsive records for the above referenced OPRA request.

 

The requested information is not available in one data set.  Attached are
four files that can be pieced together to provide the requested
information and below are files descriptions.

 

• The Final Ranked Crab Pot Lottery List is the current license lottery
list in order of rank and position to receive a commercial crab
pot/trotline license awarded through a lottery.  This document
contains First and last name, address, date applied, whether the
license was purchased, and any relevant licensing information.

 

• Aspira is the current licensing system that contains purchased
licensing records from 2017-2022.  The Aspira 2017-2022 file contains
relevant licenses information, date of transaction, the individual’s
name, and address.

 

• Prior to Aspira, Web Intelligence was the point of sale licensing
system. Records were pulled from this system from 2010-2016. The file
Web Intelligence 2010-2016 contains relevant licenses information,
date of transaction, the individual’s name, address, etc.

 

• Nettrax was the point of sale system that operated during the
requested years of 2005-2009.  The file Nettrax 2005-2009 contains
relevant licenses information, date of transaction, and the
individual’s name.
