The Borough of Middlesex received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA)
request on August 20, 2024. The official Records Custodian, Linda
Chismar, received your OPRA requests on August 20, 2024. As such, the
seven (7) business day deadline to respond to your requests is August 29,
2024.
Your request sought access to the following:
1. A digital copy of the most recently approved memorandum of ALL
collective bargaining units with which the township, city, borough,
etc., currently holds active agreements.
2. Please include the most recent contract booklet (signed or unsigned),
the most recent memorandum of agreement, salary guides, and any
sidebar agreements, if applicable.
Currently, your request requires clarification. Your request for
documents was submitted to the Borough of Middlesex, not the COUNTY of
Middlesex, as noted on the subject line. The Borough of Middlesex does
not keep or maintain records for the COUNTY. Please confirm if you seek
records from the Borough of Middlesex, so that we may process your
request. The seven (7) business day deadline to respond to your request
begins the day after said clarification is received.
