2024, as such, the seven (7) business day deadline to respond is August
29, 2024.  I am responding to you on the 4th business day after receipt of
your request.

Your OPRA request sought access to the following records:  

Records requested: A digital copy of the most recently approved memorandum
of ALL collective bargaining units with which the township, city, borough,
etc. currently holds active agreements.

Please include the most recent contract booklet (signed or unsigned), the
most recent memorandum of agreement, salary guides, and any sidebar
agreements, if applicable.

Resolution 24-141Authorizing PBA Contract and the PBA Contract are
attached.

If your request for access to a government record has been denied or
unfilled within the seven (7) business days required by law, you have a
right to challenge the decision by the Borough of Far Hills to deny
access. At your option, you may either institute a proceeding in the
Superior Court of New Jersey or file a complaint with the Government
Records Council (GRC) by completing the Denial of Access Complaint Form.
