Please include the most recent contract booklet (signed or unsigned), the most recent memorandum of agreement, salary guides, and any sidebar agreements, if applicable.

In response to your OPRA received by this office today, all of our current employee contracts are available for public access, digitally on our website, www.ehtgov.org. A direct link follows: https://www.ehtgov.org/government/employ.... Also, state law requires all Collective Bargaining Agreements, MOA's, etc. to be filed with the State PERC and are available on their website: https://www.perc.state.nj.us/publicsecto.... The PERC site houses our contracts/MOU's dating back 20 plus years, to current.
