The Township of Lakewood received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA)
request on 8/20/2024. As such, the seven (7) business day deadline to
respond to your request is 8/29/2024.  This response to your request is
being provided to you before the first business day after the custodian's
receipt of said request.

Your OPRA request sought access to the following:

A digital copy of the most recently approved memorandum of ALL collective
bargaining units with which the township, city, borough, etc., currently
holds active agreements.

Please include the most recent contract booklet (signed or unsigned), the
most recent memorandum of agreement, salary guides, and any sidebar
agreements, if applicable.

request "memorandum'" . At this time, we request clarification of your
OPRA request.  Please respond in writing and identify the specific
