I am writing to request an internal review of Town of Phillipsburg's handling of my OPRA request 'Collection system maintenance/inspection documentation for Glen Avenue - 2016 - present'.
I have not received a response to this request other than waiting on DPW.
I will proceed with a legal complaint noting that the DPW is not responding to this request and you, Vicki, do not have access to this information.

If there is not a problem typically the road doesn’t get checked. The
prior DPW superintendent explained to me. That only when an issue gets
reported and they have a reoccurrence does it then start to get checked.
so you did not received a response from DPW because they did not have
anything. I had the current supervisor in my office and questioned him on
the street and documentation. I hope this helps…

Thank you for the response but that is absolutely false information. My neighbor at 22 reported a problem and DPW was on-site and the next door neighbor also reported a problem on May 17th.
