Properties scheduled for sheriff sale or foreclosure auction, including:

Upcoming sheriff sale listings

Postponed sheriff sales

Previously sold sheriff sale properties (within the last 6–12 months, if available)

For each property, please include the following data fields if available:

Property address

Block and lot number

Owner name

Owner mailing address

Type of violation, lien, or status

Amount owed (if applicable)

Status (open, pending, sold, postponed, etc.)

Date of issuance, delinquency, or scheduled sale

Please provide these records in a machine-readable format such as Excel (.xlsx) or CSV. If records are maintained in separate departments (tax collector, code enforcement, clerk, or sheriff’s office), I am requesting each dataset in its native format.
