Code Violation List Request for 2025-2026. I kindly request a list of all code violations notices issued by the Town Code Enforcer for all properties in East Rutherford during the 2025-2026 time period, specifically related to: paint on the exterior of residence; repairs needed for exterior of premises; property maintenance; and, structural issues. Please include descriptions of the violations, property addresses, and violation dates. I also prefer for the documents to be sent via email ([email address]). Thank you so much!
