Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

2. Municipal Code Violations

• A list of all properties currently in violation of any municipal codes, ordinances, or regulations, including:
• Property addresses
• Nature of the violations
• Fines or penalties (if applicable)
• Owner information (names, addresses, and contact details)

3. Vacant Properties

• A list of all vacant properties, including:
• Property addresses
• Owner names and contact information
• Indicate whether the owners are located out-of-town or not

4. Delinquent Taxes and Sewer/Water Bills

• A list of all properties with delinquent property taxes, including:
• Property addresses
• Owners’ names and contact information
• Amounts of delinquent taxes
• A list of all properties with delinquent sewer and/or water charges, including:
• Property addresses
• Owners’ names and contact information
• Amounts of delinquent sewer/water fees

5. Open Code Violations

• A list of all open code violations for all property types, including:
• Property addresses
• Nature of the violations
• Total amounts of fines or penalties owed
• Owners’ contact information (names, addresses, phone numbers, and emails, if available)

6. Rental Properties and Landlord Information

• A list of all individuals or entities renting out properties within the township, including:
• Owners’ names
• Rental property addresses
• Billing/mailing addresses (if different from the rental property address)
• Contact phone numbers and email addresses (if on file)
• Copies of landlord identity forms on file (if applicable)
• A list of any violations issued for failure to register rental properties, including:
• Property addresses
• Owners’ names
• Fines issued and amounts

7. Rental Unit Inspections

• A list of rental unit inspections completed during this period, including:
• Inspection dates
• Property addresses
• Results of inspections
• Violations found (if any)

8. Vacant, Abandoned, and Foreclosed Properties

• A list of all vacant, abandoned, and foreclosed properties, including:
• Property addresses
• Owners’ names and contact information (if applicable)
• Dates of vacancy or foreclosure status
