Code Violations and Tax liens

Dear Burlington County,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Tax Liens
- A list of all the residential properties with tax or municipal liens. (in csv or excel)
- data from Jan 2020 to Jan 2024

Code Violations
- A list of all the residential properties with code violations that include fire damage, overgrown grass, overgrown weeds, junk, boarded houses/windows, vacant properties. (in csv or excel)
- How often does the city update the code violations list? Daily? Monthly?
- How often does the city add addresses that violate the city code?
