feet tall.  As a result of the tall grass

This property is overgrown with trash and
grass that is almost two feet  high.  This
is a shared driveway with my address being
128 Olive St.  We have had to pick up and

owner.  We are constantly being bombarded
126 OLIVE ST with debris from the high winds that we 6/11/26
have had for over a year.  We have
complained to  Code Enforcement, Public
Works and the Fire Department to no
avail.  Can you please help us with this
problem.

I am writing to formally report a
significant concern regarding a
neighboring property and to request
assistance in resolving a potentially
hazardous situation. The homeowner
adjacent to our property appears to have
wildlife, including at least one large
raccoon, residing within the soffit area
on the side of their home. This structure
is located only a few feet from our
residence, which raises serious safety
concerns. The raccoon has been observed
repeatedly traveling onto our property and
accessing our garbage. We are particularly
concerned due to the presence of small
children and a family dog in our
household. As you may be aware, raccoons

diseases that pose risks to both humans
and animals. Additionally, their behavior
can be unpredictable, which further
increases the potential for harm. We have
already brought this matter to the
attention of the neighbor; however, they
did not appear willing to take any action
to address the issue. We also have video
evidence showing the raccoon entering and
exiting the soffit area of their home.
Given the proximity of this issue and the
potential health and safety risks
involved, we are seeking guidance on what
further steps can be taken to ensure this
matter is addressed appropriately and
promptly.

Residence at 33 Greenbriar Drive has been
vacant / abandoned  for approximately 2

maintained and the grass is extremely
long.  Public works had to cut the grass
on the property last year.

property simply looks abandoned with
overgrowth (the home is empty).
