Code Violation List Request
Dear Millstone Township,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.
Records requested:
Code Violation List Request for 01/01/2024 to 12/31/2024. I kindly request a list of all UNRESOLVED, OPEN, and CLOSED code violations for all private entities in the Township during this time period, specifically for violations of the following ordinances:
1) Pet Waste Ordinance (no. 05-48)
2) Wildlife Feeding Ordinance (no. 05-48)
3) Little Control Ordinance (no. 05-48)
4) Improper Disposal of Waste Ordinance (no. 05-48)
5) Privately-Owned Salt Storage Ordinance (no. 23-18)
6) Tree Removal-Replacement Ordinance (no. 23-16)
7) Containerized Yard Waste/Yard Waste Collection Program Ordinance (no. 05-48)
8) Private Storm Drain Inlet Retrofitting Ordinance (no. 10-31)
9) Illicit Connection Ordinance (no. 05-48)
10) Stormwater Control Ordinance (no. 24-10)
Please include the number of violations for each ordinance within the requested time period (no further information required). Thank you so much!
