I am requesting a list of all residential properties and land parcels where a summons related to code violations (property clean-up requests, broken windows, abandoned homes, missing gutters, garbage on the front lawn, high/overgrown grass and weeds, junk vehicles on the property, improper wiring, substandard plumbing, inadequate heating, mold, poor ventilations, visible structural damage, etc.) has been recorded with the municipality going back two years from February 2022 - February 2024 in Excel format. I am collecting this data for the purpose of real estate market data. Thank you very much in advance!
