1. Any inspection report, inspection entry, field note, SDL entry, activity entry, case-history entry, status entry, photograph, attachment, **computer screenshot or screen capture**, or other record documenting the visit or inspection and its results.

2. Any record reflecting findings, observations, compliance status, violation status, follow-up action, or enforcement action resulting from the visit or inspection.

3. Any record created or updated in connection with or following the visit or inspection reflecting the scheduling, cancellation, postponement, completion, or continued scheduling of the August 28, 2026 reinspection.

4. Any **email, text message, SMS/MMS message, or other written or electronic communication** concerning the visit or inspection, its findings or results, the status of CVIO-26-00784, or any resulting follow-up or enforcement action.

This request seeks specific, identifiable existing government records only and does not request answers to questions, explanations, research, or creation of a new record.
