Borough Code #88-1 Property Maintenance-Roof Issue
210 Roosevelt Avenue (11/13/2025)
Borough Code #142-16-Failure to Clear Sidewalk of Snow (Snow event of
1/24/2026 to 1/25/2026)
Town wide project-38 properties were sent Notice of Violation Letters by
the Borough.
31 homeowners complied and cleared their sidewalks.
Enforcement action, via summons and complaint, was taken against 7
homeowners who did not comply. Summons were issued on 3/2/2026.
The matter is open, and pending adjudication in court.
