Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

With respect to both CVIO-26-00783 and CVIO-26-00784 concerning 221 Cherry Quay Road, please provide the following records concerning the August 28, 2026 Code Enforcement inspection/reinspection and records created or updated following that inspection through the date this request is processed:

1. Inspection reports, inspection entries, field notes, SDL entries, activity entries, case-history entries, status entries, computer screenshots, and screen captures documenting the August 28, 2026 inspection and its results for both CVIO-26-00783 and CVIO-26-00784.

2. Photographs and attachments created, taken, uploaded, or added in connection with the August 28, 2026 inspection for both CVIO-26-00783 and CVIO-26-00784.

3. Records documenting or reflecting findings, observations, compliance status, violation status, disposition, follow-up action, enforcement action, extensions, and the scheduling of another inspection or reinspection resulting from the August 28, 2026 inspection for both CVIO-26-00783 and CVIO-26-00784.

4. Emails, text messages, SMS/MMS messages, and other written or electronic communications concerning the August 28, 2026 inspection, its findings and results, the status of both CVIO-26-00783 and CVIO-26-00784, and resulting follow-up or enforcement action.

5. Records documenting or reflecting the issuance of a summons, complaint, citation, municipal court referral, court filing, hearing date, trial date, and other scheduled court appearance concerning both CVIO-26-00783 and CVIO-26-00784 and the underlying bamboo violations at 221 Cherry Quay Road, including complaint-summonses, notices, docket and case entries, court referral records, correspondence, and records reflecting scheduled court dates.
