Good Morning,
In response to your OPRA request for all c.o. and smoke cert issued
included application since 2019 for 15 Union AVenue, please see attached.
Please be aware that when a CCO inspection is performed, the fire
inspector checks all smoke alarms, CO detectors, and fire extinguishers;
if all pass, he signs off on the Fire Protection Subcode form allowing a
Certificate of Continued Occupancy to be issued.
