This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
All Clementon Police departments Police policies and Standard ordered Policies ( SOP’s) including policies on Use of force as well reporting use of force , list of chain in command and all the duties and responsibilities of each position in the department. Policies regarding body cams and any and all procedures in promotion as well as disciplinary procedures and over site including procedures for internal affairs and internal reviews. Also including all personal policies governing the police department and any position under that department.
