I was advised the day of the Incident that the Code enforcement officer would be making a report with the following information (The person and title of the municipal employee who made the complaint who was the Construction Clerk who was tearing the signs down on Boroughs time as stated and recorded in the conversation he had with me)
As well as his whole report. He took my information to email it to me and I never received it. I also would like to know why he was escorted by a police officer to talk to me as we have had many conversations in the past without the need for police. Also would like to know why I was approached to be advised of putting up flyers for a protest which is not a code violation as its protected by constitutional law thats superseded by any local laws and ordinances.

Upon receipt of your request for government records, I inquired with both departments (code enforcement and police) and was provided with only the police incident report that I emailed you today. I was advised by Code Enforcement that there were no records responsive to your request on file in that department.
It seems to me that there originally may have been a misunderstanding of the Borough signage regulations/ordinance, and that was immediately rectified when I was contacted on that date. I do apologize for any inconvenience that you may have experienced.
Borough personnel were directed to allow all signage to remain where it had been hung on the telephone poles.

I would like a copy of all notes and the original complaint generated for the code enforcements officers response to warning me for hanging up the Black Live Matter Protest signs. I don’t believe a report would have not been made when the police report stated they were there to assist another agency ie code enforcement department. Their should at least be notes stating The Who, What, Where and Why. I have a recording of the code enforcement officer promising to provide that as well as the person who made the official complaint. I would also like to request all documentation, video and reports from all Clementon agencies regarding the Black Lives Matter protest to include hand written notes.
