Clarification of Wyckoff response to Sunlight's OPRA request
Dear Wyckoff Township Public School District,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested: Please confirm that there are 253 district employees in the NJEA bargaining unit and that all 253 have NJEA dues withheld from their paychecks. That is, there are zero employees in the bargaining unit who do not pay NJEA dues.

Hello,
Please allow me to clarify our previous response. All members "in the
bargaining unit" pay union dues as they are members of the union. That
number is 253, as previously reported. "Bargaining unit" and "union" are
considered the same.
If you are asking how many employees are "covered by the collective
bargaining agreement", that number is 310... They are covered by the
agreement but choose to not be in the union/bargaining unit.
