Records requested:

I am seeking clarification on two OPRA requests that were previously answered by you;

1- In a letter dated 4/13/22, a Mr. Dugan stated that Susan Ricci was employed by the Township of Clark from 6/7/99 until 4/1/2012. In a recent inquiry made with the State of New Jersey Division of pensions and Benefits, we received information Susan Ricci was also employed by the Township of Clark from 12/23/89 until 6/28/96. If that is correct, can you advise why that information was not originally provided? In addition, can you provide her title, her salary and reason for ending her employment at the Township of Clark on 12/23/96.

2- Also, as part of the same previously answered OPRA request, Page 1 the settlement agreement between Susan Ricci and the Township of Clark, Michael Pollock and Mark Adamonis, it refers to it being executed in reference to complaint filed in the Union County Superior Court Docket# UNN-L-1413-10. That same docket number is also referenced in Clark Township Resolution 11-71 dated 4/18/11. However, as part of separate OPRA request, you provided a civil complaint filed by Susan Ricci against the Township of Clark in a different County (Hunterdon County) with a different docket number (HNT-L-119-10). Can you please advise if there were two separate complaints filed in two different counties and served on the Township of Clark? If so, can you please provide a copy of the complaint with docket number UNN-L-1413-10 that was served on the Township of Clark, as well as any settlement agreement for complaint HNT-L-119-10.

Please forward this email to Mr. Varady as I am only able to reply to the specific person that sent me the last reply, which is you.

On 5/2/02, you sent me a letter from Mr. Varady (2022 5 2 Varady to Stephen 4 21 22 OPRA Request response.pdf), in which he requested an extension of time, until 5/12/22, in order to answer a clarification request made in reference to the original request. As of now, I have not received any further response since said letter.

Please be reminded the original request was made on 4/21/22 and acknowledged by the Township of Clark the same day. Please advise of the Township's intentions in reference to this request.
