BACKGROUND:

This is for the Trico JIF (Gloucester, Salem, Cumberland Counties Municipal Joint Insurance Fund). I am informed that in January 2022 a Reservation of Rights letter may have been sent to Penns Grove Borough in response to claims made by Sean Brown, the former Penns Grove Borough Administrator.

RECORDS REQUESTED:

Mr. Brown's (or his representative's) correspondence containing the claims that resulted in the Reservation of Rights letter having been sent.
