Civilian Review Board/Police Advisory Boards
Dear Upper Township,
If your municipality has a police civilian review board, or police citizen advisory board could you please provide a copy of the ordinance/resolution that formed the board and their by-laws.

This email is in reply to your request #041-2021 received in my office on
April 20, 2021 for information in that you ask for the following:
“If your municipality has a police civilian review board, or police
citizen advisory board could you please provide a copy of the
ordinance/resolution that formed the board and their by-laws.”
Upper Township does not have a Municipal Police Department. Police
services are provided by the New Jersey State Police. Consequently, the
requested records do not exist.
