If your municipality has a police civilian review board, or police citizen advisory board could you please provide a copy of the ordinance/resolution that formed the board and their by-laws.

Rich as mentioned OPRA requests go to Lt. Perrone not the Captain. Second.
We do not click on links in emails. That is how we get viruses and
ransomware. If someone sends this type of request again. You must reply
telling them that they have to send the OPRA request as an attachment or
in the body or the email. We will not click on links and subject or self
to possible viruses.
