I received your OPRA request on April 20, 2021 for a copy of "ordinance/resolution that formed a police civilian review board or police citizen advisory board and their by-laws.” As such, the seven business day deadline to respond to your request is April 29, 2021. This response is being provided to you on the first (1st) business day of the custodian’s receipt of the said request.
