If your municipality has a police civilian review board, or police citizen advisory board could you please provide a copy of the ordinance/resolution that formed the board and their by-laws.

The Borough Offices are open to the public, however, at this time it is
preferred if your business can be conducted through email, phone or
regular mail in lieu of in-person. There is a drop box by the front door
for payments, etc.; it is monitored daily.
There may be delayed response to your email since more business is being
conducted electronically.
