Civil Service Hiring
Dear Lawrence Township (Mercer),

Please provide all Lawrence Township Employees who have been hired via civil service under the administration of Municipal Manager Nerwinski since his hire date. Include any and all Inter Governmental Transfer hires as well who were not hired off of a valid civil service list.

Please note:
The Township of Lawrence is a Civil Service location. All employees are civil service employees. Employees fall into competitive titles, non-competitive titles, and unclassified appointments with no permanent status under civil service.
New Jersey Civil Service has a database (CAMPS) that tracks employees and their employment class.
The attached is a list of all new hires for the period requested. The list includes 135 seasonal recreation employees working in the Township summer camps or assisting with other programs for a brief period.
