Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am seeking all communications between the borough and the Civil Service Commission, from June 1, 2023 until today, July 1, 2025. Additionally, I am seeking any communications between borough employees, borough council members, and the mayor regarding any level promotional testing between the dates of June 1, 2023, and today, July 1, 2025.
