This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

All Records, Reports, Memos, Letters, Complaints, Communications, RFP's, Contracts, Bills and payments from January 1, 2019 to Present pertaining to the Air Quality/Mold in the Police Department, Municipal Court and it's Offices. Include communications from but not limited to
City Manager, Jewel Thompson-Chin, City Engineer, Frantz Volcy, Phillip Kossoy, President of Absolutely Spotless, Code Enforcement, Englewood Police Chief Lawrence Suffern, Deputy Chief Gregory Halstead, Lieutenant Matthew Delarosa, Detective Captain, Tim Torell, Englewood Health Department, Englewood Fire Department, OSHA, PEOSHA, Englewood Human Resources employees. Include all Text Messages, Emails and redacted materials.
