Records requested:

An excel spreadsheet with a list of all Fuel Pump fobs assigned to city employees, Employees of the Board of Education, PAL (police Athletic League), BEOF, Housing Authority. Please include the name of the person each fob is assigned to, as well as any spare fobs which are used, along with the date assigned. A list of all Activity (including but not limited to the amount of fuel) for the dates of 1-1-2022 through 4-1-2022 for the above fobs.

An excel spreadsheet with a list of all Fuel Pump fobs assigned to any and all vehicles including but not limited to City owned / leased vehicles, Board of Education vehicles, PAL, Housing, BEOF, and or personal vehicles. Please include any spare fobs which are used, along with the date assigned. A list of all Activity (including but not limited to the amount of fuel) for the dates of 1-1-2022 through 4-1-2022 for the above fobs.
