This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

1. A list, record or document listing all department head names, titles, and annual salary that are required to attend City Council meetings.
2. A list, record, or document, including Linden City policy or union documents that state any additional payment or days off the department heads receive for their attendance at such meetings. Are these payments or additional days off prorated based on attendance?
3. Monthly attendance records for these department head for all City Council meetings, Caucus monthly meetings, or department-council liaison monthly meeting from 2019-present. Who was in attendance and who was absent?
4. Any disciplinary policy for excessive absenteeism of the above meetings or in general.
5. Attendance records for the departments heads with required attendance at these meetings for the past 12months.
