Dear Cumberland County Prosecutor's Office,

1) Citizen complaint numbers for ERIN SAMARITANO's December 2022 complaints against the following individuals:

According to:

starting on page 53 where it discusses citizen complaints and SPECIFICALLY on page sixty-eight (68), the second bullet, states: "If a case involves indictable charge(s), only a judge can determine the probable cause. The case will be routed to a judge." However, this procedure was not followed when Atlantic County transferred ERIN SAMARITANO's complaints to Cumberland County without any notice to the complainant and without an Atlantic County JUDGE ever reviewing those complaints. Complainant IS NOT personally conflicted with Atlantic County and her charges were submitted AS A WITNESS to the crimes against another private citizen.
