The executed lease agreement with American Capital Financial Services, Inc. for the four-year lease of six hundred (600) Lenovo Chromebook laptops procured through Educate-Me.Net (approved August 10, 2026), including all schedules, exhibits, riders, and attachments** — specifically including: (a) the equipment schedule identifying device model number(s), quantities, and per-unit pricing; (b) the payment schedule; (c) any stated interest rate, money factor, or finance charge; and (d) the end-of-lease terms (e.g., $1 buyout, fair-market-value purchase option, or return obligation).

The quote, proposal, or pricing sheet from Educate-Me.Net (Garden State Micro, Inc.) on which the lease was based, including the itemized cash purchase price of the equipment bundle (devices, Chrome Education Upgrade licenses, warranties, and any services), referencing Hunterdon County Educational Services Commission Co-op Contract Cat-23-07.

The executed lease agreement with TEQlease, Inc. for six hundred (600) Chromebooks approved October 6, 2025 (resolution #41), including the same categories of schedules and attachments listed above

Any cost analysis, comparison, or written recommendation prepared by or for the district comparing lease versus purchase of the 2025–26 and/or 2026–27 Chromebook acquisitions.
