-Please provide the entirety of the video and audio of the body cam footage and/or the dash cam footage for 559 West Main Street Malaga, NJ 08328 the time of 6:30 PM to 12:40 PM on May 17, 2023. Please also include any other digital or paper records generated regarding this incident.

Please include the CAD number, names of all police officers and their body cam footage, all documentation collected the night of the incident, any investigations, and all OPRA documentation.

Officer Murray was contacted regarding this incident on June 6, 2022 and I did not receive a response. Additionally, I have made many attempts to press criminal charges against the people that abducted my son and I have documentation including audio with admissions regarding the premeditation and people involved in my child's abduction.

Thank you for responding, allow me to clarify:

On May 17th 2022 I called the Franklinville Police Department to rescue my son from the Eileen McNellis household. Her daughter Selina McNellis and Eileen McNellis abducted my son from my home on May 7, 2022. Selina was my son's babysitter for several years and she premeditated and conspired to abduct my child with various family members. My son Sebastian Paciulete was returned to my custody on May 18, 2022 at 12:32 am. Police issued a CAD number, nobody was arrested that night, and I requested medical attention for my son and it was denied. I'd like to obtain body cameras and everything that was said inside the home while the police were attempting to rescue my child as it took over four hours.

Elieen and Selina McNellis lived on High Street in Malaga, NJ.

Also could you please provide the email addresses for the the detective and clerk. I have made many attempts to press criminal charges and have had a difficult time doing so. It's important to note that after my son was returned to me Eileen McNellis called Child Protective Services on me in retaliation (and as threatened on audio which I have) and made many false allegations. I've also received death threats, my home was robbed, and vandalized.

Thank you for that information I sent two emails and I was unable to get a response via email. I'd like to find out about the investigation regarding my sons abduction on May 7th as well as his rescue on May 17th. With that said, I'd like to find out why no arrests were made when my son was rescued, why a police officer declined my request to call an ambulance to have my child evaluated since he was kidnapped and rescued under very extreme circumstances. Why county officials were not involved in following up with me and providing services for special needs children that were kidnapped and why my requests to press charges have gone completely unheard.

Since I rescued my son on May 17th 2022 my entire life has been destroyed by a large group of people. Services for my son were completely blocked, I have not been able to make a living , losing my home, car, and everything in my life due to the fact that I rescued my son May 17, 2022. I am still under extreme attacks by the people that abducted my child and continue to retaliate as there has been no justice serviced in this case.

It has been over a year and still no arrests have been made and no information has been provided.

I've made requests to press charges in two counties and I have not received any answers.

I sent several emails as well as the document that was provided to me to press charges back on June 6, 2022 and I have not heard from the investigator. I want to find out why charges were not filed after I completed the documentation? I also want to find out why nobody was arrested the night my son was rescued on May 17, 2022 as well as why medical attention was denied after I requested it from the police officer that rescued my son.

I also never received an official police report, and I have not had an investigator contact me to discuss the case. I am Sebastian's mother, and I called the police that night because my son was abducted from my home held captive for 10 days by people that I trusted. On May 17, 2022 I was made aware that their intentions were criminal in nature and since last year my life has been destroyed due to the lack of justice in this case.

I am demanding immediate information regarding the information collected regarding my son's abduction and kidnapping.
