Dear Rochelle Park Township,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
The township passed the ordinance to allow residents to have a chicken coup. It was said that the code enforcer and Health department were to approve these coups once permits were approved. I would like to see the reports for the 1 resident in town who has theirs verifying they followed code and were approved and have not exceeded the allowed amount of chickens permitted.
