Dear Cherry Hill Township,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

In response to your OPRA Request received April 10, 2026, a
separate email will be sent to you from OneDrive containing a link
to access the documents you requested. A portion of the documents
are considered exempt as noted below:
Pursuant to the Prevention of Domestic Violence Act (PDVA),
N.J.S.A. 2C:25-33, which states that all domestic violence records
are "confidential and shall not be made available to any
individual or institution except as otherwise provided by law."
The New Jersey Government Records Council (GRC) has consistently
upheld the confidentiality of domestic violence records under
OPRA. In Mustafa Rabboh v. Newark Police Department (GRC Complaint
No. 2021-315, decided January 31, 2023), the GRC reaffirmed that
such records are exempt from disclosure under the PDVA. Similarly,
in Labinski v. Clayton Police Department, (GRC Complaint No.
2022-90, decided May 21, 2024). , the GRC again ruled that
domestic violence records remain confidential and are not subject
to public access under OPRA, regardless of any requirement that
the records be maintained.
Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 2A:4A-60 No.) 2A:4A-60 Disclosure of juvenile
information; penalties for disclosure and N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1
Specifically No. 23) - that portion of any document that requires
and would disclose personal identifying information of persons
under the age of 18 years
Redactions have been made in accordance with the Open Public
Records Act (N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq.) for the following reasons:
o No. 1 - Privacy Interest: Public agencies are obligated to
protect personal information when disclosure would violate an
individual's reasonable expectation of privacy.
o No. 20 - Personal Identifying Information, including:
Unlisted phone numbers
Dates of birth
Driver's license numbers
Social Security Numbers
License Plate Numbers
Home Addresses
Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1, specifically Executive Order #26,
#4(b) 1 - information relating to medical, psychiatric or
psychological history, diagnosis, treatment or evaluation.
By way of this e-mail, we have marked your OPRA request received

A copy of the Denial Poster with instructions to applicants who
wish to appeal any denial or part thereof is attached hereto. You
have the right to appeal the decision that the document or
