Cheerleading policy violations
Dear Lacey Township School District,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I certify under penalty of NJSA 2C:28-3 that I have not been convicted of an indictable offense. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1 - Copies of all complaints from parents received by Lacey Township High School principal Gregory Brandis regarding former cheerleading coach Alyssa Iapicco (may also be under Alyssa Maloney), in which she allowed her sister, Briana Zuccarrelli to coach in her place contrary to District policy during 2016 - 2017.
2 - Copies of all written or telephonic correspondence received by the Lacey Township School District from Brian Reid or Chris Reid regarding the employment status of their relative Iapicco / Maloney.
