Records requested: All records relating to or reflecting the disposition of the theft by deception charges filed in or about July 2015 by the Springfield Township Police Department and the Burlington County Prosecutor's Office against Ronald Knighten and Benjamin Knighten, including without limitation any complaint, information, indictment, plea agreement, pretrial intervention record, or judgment of conviction.

In reference to your OPRA request regarding Ronald Knighten and Benjamin Knighten the records you have requested are maintained by the Mansfield Court.
