Dear New Jersey Housing & Mortgage Finance Agency,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
CIS Construction, CIS Management, Community Investment Strategies and subsidiary companies and contractors/vendors working under these CIS companies:
1. Certified payrolls submitted
2. Contracts with NJHMFA for 2018 - open or ongoing
3. Applications for funds, including any officers and companies owned by officers
4. Records of debarment for each company
5. Ongoing projects under said companies
6. All documents for aforementioned companies’ projects
7. Any and all police reports for projects from 2015 to date.
8. Specifically any fire or police reports pertaining to project in Union County NJ where residents were still residing in building while buildings were being demolished in or about 2015/2016.

Please clarify the following or your OPRA request will be denied as vague, overbroad, and improperly requiring research on the part of the records custodians:
1. state the project or location for the payrolls that you seek;
2. state the project or location and a brief description of the contracts that you seek;
3. state the project or location and a brief description of the applications that you seek;
4. state the company(ies) that you believe has been disbarred;
5. clarify what is sought by "Ongoing projects under said companies";
6 identify the particular documents and companies sought by "All documents for aforementioned companies’ projects";
7. please identify the projects for which you believe this agency has police reports;
8. clarify the project with respect to "fire or police reports pertaining to project in Union County NJ".
