Please accept this letter as my formal request, pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act, N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1et seq., I am requesting an opportunity to inspect or obtain copies of public records listed below, that have been filed for Certified Payroll and all other documentation of Boz Electric, 6 Warren Dr, Vernon Township, NJ 07462, working at Carteret Elementary School, 158 Grove St. Bloomfield, NJ; Early Childhood Center, 280 Davey Street, Bloomfield, NJ ; Watsessing School, 71 Prospect St. Bloomfield, NJ

I am seeking disclosure of these reports and records on behalf of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, IBEW Local 164’s members, and the Taxpayers of New Jersey. I also request that the documents are provided with the exception of Social Security Numbers, so that I may independently verify with the participants that the information contained within is accurate.

As I am sure you are aware, the Freedom of Information Act requires that an agency respond to a request within five (5) business days of the request. Therefore, I appreciate a response as soon as possible.

In the interest of limiting time and expense, I would request these records be sent to me electronically; if that is not possible, I am willing to receive paper copies.
