Dear Bergen County Board of Elections,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
• Copy of the certified election tapes.

• Full and complete copy of General Election Official Abstract of Votes report by Municipality or by precinct, whichever conform to Statute or regulation.

• Please provide a copy of external communication including those posted on website or social media platforms indicating to voters changes made due to Executive Orders in the election process for November 2020 and 2021.
