Certified election tapes for the year 2016
Dear Bergen County Board of Elections,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
• Copy of the certified election tapes year 2016.
• Full and complete copy of General Election Official Abstract of Votes report by Municipality or by precinct, whichever conform to Statute or regulation.
• Please provide a copy of external communication including those posted on website or social media platforms indicating to voters changes made due to Executive Orders in the election process for November 2020 and 2021.

Dear Ms. Rosenblatt,
In reference to my recent correspondence dated July 29. 2022, I was inquiring about the dates in the initial requests and the response I received was specified to the year 2016.
I am truly aware of the abundance of requests that are submitted and appreciate the time and effort given for replies. I am also aware that these are modern times, and we are tethered to electronics and things may get scrambled or not received. I just wanted to know if you are in receipt of my last correspondence and if this request is still pending. I would like to update the status therein.
