Dear Prospect Park Borough,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law
right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please
acknowledge receipt of this message.
  Records requested:

Certificates of occupancy with current addresses of all Board of Education
TRUSTEES or Commissioners : these are the 7 members that constitute the
Board of Education of Prospect Park School #1
Rules and regulations asked for Board Members to be living in the Boro of
Prospect Park. Legal papers have been mailed to at least two Board members
and they came back with "not at this address" seal.
I am not looking for the address they stated at their election time, but
for their current domiciles. These Certificates of Occupancy must be
certified by the Boro Building Department inspector.

Dr. Anderson,

In response to your OPRA request, I had directed you to please specify the
exact addresses in which you are seeking Certificates of Occupancy for.
Until you do so, the request is invalid. The Borough cannot search their
system simply by name, it can only be done via address. Additionally, I do
not know the names of the 7 individuals of which you are seeking
Certificates of Occupancy for. Under the state statute, records custodians
are not required to conduct any research of which your request, as
written, would require. 

At your earliest convenience, please specify the addresses and the
corresponding documents will gladly be provided to you.

This is a reminder that I am still waiting for the OPRA information on:
Certificates of occupancy with current addresses of all Board of Education

The clarification was sent June 20th on an original request that you
deemed "unclear" or "unacceptable". I only need 7 certificates of
occupancy and certified addresses, no more. This is not an unreasonable or
obscure request on information you have easy access to. Trustees may have
moved since they first seek elected office, and at least two certified
mail documents have been returned as "wrong address".

Please comply with the time deadlines as established by law.
